FREE SHIPPING OVER $99

Manitobah provides no-charge shipping to most areas of the U.S. for orders over $99. Some exceptions apply. For orders under $99, standard shipping is a flat fee of $10. Some areas of the U.S. do not qualify for our no-charge shipping service, and a customer care representative will reach out via email or phone if you do not qualify.

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. In some circumstances due to increased traffic, and especially during the busy holiday season, orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped, or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order.

Express shipping can be purchased for $50. Express orders will arrive within 1-2 business days of being shipped. P.O. boxes and remote areas may experience shipping times beyond the 1-2 days even with express shipping.

California residents: Please note that due to state law, we are prohibited from shipping any products containing genuine fur to California addresses. Faux fur products are still available to residents of California.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For shipping to Canadian destinations, please visit us at www.manitobah.ca.

For overseas orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and any other local importation charges. International orders have a slightly longer turnaround time with 1-2 business days processing time and 5-7 business days shipping time.

We cannot be responsible for any costs in returning product from outside North America. Please note we will accept returns but the shipping and any other related charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Didn't get the perfect fit? We gladly provide FREE exchanges within 30 days of purchase for full-price products in unworn condition, with some conditions:

STANDARD LIMITATIONS

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and include original tags and packaging.
  • All Indigenous Market and clearance ("Last Chance") items are Final Sale, and do not qualify for returns.
  • International (outside of Canada and the U.S.) orders do not qualify for free returns and exchanges. Duties, taxes and shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will only be returned to the original form of payment.
  • A flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from refunds for items purchased on sale.
  • Credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days for the financial institution to update your account.
  • Debit cards can only be refunded to the exact debit card used in the purchase.
  • Gift cards used for payment will be refunded to a new gift card.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS

  • Online purchases CANNOT be returned to a Manitobah retail store location.
  • Manitobah provides return shipping labels in the contiguous U.S. through our returns portal.
  • Return shipping is FREE for items purchased at full price. Shipping for exchanges is always FREE.
  • A flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from refunds for items purchased on sale.
  • Pre-paid shipping labels can only be sent via email. An email address is required to access our free shipping.

RETAIL PURCHASE RETURNS

  • Please note that once a seasonal store has closed, refunds for purchases made by Interac debit or cash can only be issued in the form of a gift card.
  • We can support customers who purchased their item at a Manitobah retail store location through our customer care team at customercare@manitobah.ca or 1-855-685-5857 ONLY if an email address, phone number or first and last name was captured at time of purchase, or if you have your purchase receipt.
  • If a seasonal store has closed, please contact customer service online at customercare@manitobah.ca or 1-855-685-5857 for support.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

  • Online and retail store orders placed October 1 through December 31 automatically qualify for our Holiday Return Policy.
  • Orders placed during this period are eligible for returns until January 31 of the following calendar year, regardless of the purchase date.

WARRANTY

  • All Manitobah products are covered by a "Material and Manufacturing Defect Warranty" for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase with the original bill of sale from an authorized dealer.
  • Warranty returns are eligible for replacement if the existing item is available. If no identical item is available, customers will receive a discount code for the value of the product at time of purchase.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

  • Warranty claims for online purchases may be initiated through our returns portal. Your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase is required.
  • Warranty claims for in-store purchases may be started by returning to your nearest Manitobah retail store location or by contacting customercare@manitobah.ca.
  • Warranty claims from third-party vendors cannot be processed at Manitobah retail locations, and must be initiated by contacting support at warranty@manitobah.ca.
